Action:  M Hickey motions to continue the hearing until July 13 at 8:10pm in order to clarify jurisdiction, new application filing?, plans for the residential conversion i.e. layout, exterior changes, trash p/u, as well as plans for the parking lot i.e. landscaping, striping, buffer zone, gate, lighting, etc.

M Hickey, after review of upcoming agendas and discussion with Board members, decides not to schedule an August public hearing

Discussion on viewing new cases property prior to first public hearing.  P Condlin agrees to forward the agenda earlier to allow for more time for the drive by.  Board members will be responsible to let P Condlin know which site(s) they visit

Discussion on distribution of written draft decisions for review.  It is decided that at the time of the vote a member will be assigned to review that particular case.
