BOARD OF SELECTMEN

The meeting was called to order by the Chairman Charles M. Hughes at 5:20 p.m.
PRESENT: Charles M. Hughes, John Ciccariello, Carol A. Gloff, John Connolly, Joshua Ostroff
ALSO PRESENT: Philip E. Lemnios, Town Administrator; John P. Flynn of Murphy, Hesse, Toomey & Lehane as Town Counsel; Donna Challis, Secretary
WARRANTS: Payroll warrants were signed by the Board of Selectmen on August 28, 2006 in the amount of $538,108.60. This figure was included in total warrants signed by the Board of Selectmen of
$1,107,138.95.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Ms. Ciccariello, seconded by Ms. Gloff, moved to enter into executive session to discuss matters pertaining to potential litigation and executive session minutes. By roll call vote the motion passed on a 5-0-0 vote. At 5:21 p.m. the Board entered into executive session after announcing that the meeting would not return to open session.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
