The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by the Chairman Charles M. Hughes.
PRESENT: Charles M. Hughes, Paul R. McKinley, Jay H. Ball. Absent: Jeffrey A. Stern, John Ciccariello.
WILLIAM RIZZO COMMUNITY FOUNDATION: REQUEST FOR ROAD RACE
On a motion by Mr. Ball, seconded by Mr. McKinley, the Board unanimously voted to approve the William Rizzo Community Foundation’s request for a permit to hold their annual road race on July 4, 2001.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Mr. Ball, seconded by Mr. McKinley, the meeting was adjourned at 5:02 p.m.
