RAD: Rape aggression defense. Defense against Abduction
Rape Aggression Defense training for women
RAD’s primary focus is the realistic development of self-defense options for women, before and during situations of imminent or actual abduction assault. We create opportunities for women to realize their inner power and strength. It is a program of realistic, self defense tactics and techniques.
The course begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance, while progressing on to the basics of hands-on training. RAD system of realistic defense will provide a woman with knowledge to make an educational decision about resistance.
RAD is specifically designed for women who are willing to consider as a viable option, defense, in situations where their life is in jeopardy.
The RAD system offers a basic education of confrontation principals and personal defense.
Research has supported resistance as a viable option for those assaulted without warning. Because resistance is such a natural response when an individual encounters violence, developing skills that could extract one from compromising situations is critical.
