Trustees Present: Kathleen Donovan, Harriet Buckingham, Elliot Goodman,
Joseph Keefe and Gerald Mazor
Administration Present: Paula Polk, Library Director
Jane Finlay, Assistant Director
Staff Present: Dale Smith, Children's Department Supervisor
Call to Order: 4:00 pm
1. Board voted to approve the vacation schedule for the Assistant Director.
2. Discussion of the carpet replacement for the Children's Department.
3. The Friends of the Library are providing another gift to the Library.
4. Ms. Finlay updated the Trustees on the Natick Reads Program.
5. Discussion of Library Budget.
6. The library now has a copy of the personal liability policy in the amount of $1,000,000 to protect the
Trustees of the Corporation, Morse Institute in Natick.

The next meeting of the Board of Trustees will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at 4:00 pm in the Community Room of the Library.
