Board of Trustees Meeting

Trustees Present: Joseph Keefe, Kathleen Donovan, Harriet Buckingham,
Elliot Goodman, Gerald Mazor
Administration Present: Paula Polk, Library Director
Jane Finlay, Assistant Director
Staff Present: Dell Redington
Call to Order: 4 pm
1. The Trustees approved the minutes of the meeting of the Corporation on 12/11/07 and the minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees on 12/11/07.
2. Ms. Polk presented an overview of the current budgetary situation in the town. Discussion followed.
No action was taken.
3. The Board set a tentative meeting date of 1/22/08 if further budget discussion is necessary.
4. Ms. Finlay described a plan to thwart the pilfering of DVDs. She will check with Town Building
Department to ascertain the space use meets all regulations.
Meeting Adjourned: 5:20 pm
The next meeting of the Board of Trustees will be held on Tuesday, February 12th at 4 pm in the Community Room of the Library.
