Administration Present: Paula Polk, Library Director
Jane Finlay, Assistant Director
Joan Craig, Community Relations Coordinator
Staff Present: Dell Redington
Call to Order: 4:45 pm
1. The minutes of the October 9, 2007 meeting were approved.
2. The Board approved accepting the Middlesex Bank Foundation’s gift of $333.00.
3. Ms. Polk reported:
· A successful staff development program was held on November 2nd.
· We have now established a new internet site for Natick veterans.
4. Ms. Craig reported:
· on the Food for Fines program. Ms. Redington spoke on its practical implications.
· noted that her last day of employment will be January 11, 2008.
· distributed the Annual Fund solicitation documents
· described the success of the Veterans’ Breakfast held at the Kennedy Middle School

The next meeting of the Board of Trustees will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2007 in the Community Room of the Library.
