Administration Present: Paula Polk, Library Director
Jane Finlay, Assistant Director
Joan Craig, Community Relations Coordinator
Staff Present: Dell Redington
Call to Order: 4:25 pm
1. The minutes of the November 13, 2007 meeting were approved.
2. Ms. Polk reported on the status of the FY09 budget preparation.
3. Ms. Polk reported that the Town Administrator has ordered a freeze on any
vacancies that occur; thus, Joan Craig’s position will be in that category after
she leaves January 11th.
4. The library will be closed 12/23, 12/24, 12/25, 12/30, 12/31/07 and 1/1/08.
5. The bookmobile will be off the road for evening stops for January and February.
6. Ms. Polk reviewed the fund balances and income and expense statement.
7. Joan Craig reported on the VOH website. She told the Board that approximately
$23,000 has come in for our Annual Fund drive. Joan thanked the Trustees for their
support of the holiday party.
