Joan Craig, Community Relations Coordinator
Call to Order: 4:00 pm
1. The Board approved the minutes of the Corporation’s meeting on
November 13, 2007.
2. The Board saluted Dale Smith for her work in the library’s children’s department
for 25 years – an exemplary effort.
3. The Board also recognized Joan Craig for her work as Community Relations
Coordinator on behalf of the library for the last decade – plus.
4. Ms. Polk updated the Trustees on all of her actions relative to the Restated Articles
of Organization of the Morse Institute in Natick, and their submission to the office of
the Secretary of State and other parties.
