Accounts Payable Clerk

MECHANIC WELDER – EQUIPMENT MAINTENACE

The candidate we seek must have a minimum of three years of progressive experience in the inspection, diagnosis, trouble shooting, repair and maintenance of operating equipment from small engines to diesel engines .This position requires the ability to communicate with all levels of employees as well as, the ability to adhere to continuous and strenuous physical efforts including standing, lifting and, carrying .In addition, candidates must possess a Class B CDL with air brake endorsement, and a tank endorsement and hosting license are preferred.

SKILLED LABORER- WATER /SEWER
The DPW is accepting applications for the above position. The candidate we seek will be responsible for the operation of equipment utilized in digging, backfilling, repair, and construction of water pipe.
He/she will work under the supervision of General Foreman and must be able to communicate effectively with both coworkers and the general public. Prior experience is preferred, as well as, a CDL license. Air brake and tank certification is preferred.

This position involves routine to complex maintenance and repair work at a journeyman level on municipal buildings and property. Recreation & Parks Department
The Natick Recreation & Parks Department is seeking part time staff for the following positions:
Timer/Scorer for youth basketball program
Working 2 – 3 weekend games on Saturday mornings and early afternoon.
Basketball Referees (IAABO Certified Officials preferred)
Working 2 – 3 basketball games for our youth basketball program grades 3 – 8 Saturday mornings and early afternoons.
Salaries are based on the Town of Natick’s Part Time Pay Plan Classification.

The Town of Natick is accepting applications for the above opportunity. This position reports directly to the Town Administrator and is responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining cash controls, managing the payroll, accounts payable ,and overseeing the day to day department operation in accordance with UMAS, GASB, and GAAP accounting principles.
The candidate we seek must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/ or Business Administration, as well as, seven to ten years of progressive municipal experience with a minimum of three years supervisory experience.
In addition, he/she will have experience with MUNIS computer operations, preparing quarterly reports, and total audit accountability.
This position has a salary range of $70,000. to $105,000. depending upon experience, as well as, a comprehensive benefit package.
