DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE & MODERNIZATION
The Natick Housing Authority is seeking a highly motivated Individual for the position of Director of Maintenance and Modernization. This Incumbent is responsible for the coordination of all maintenance and grounds keeping activities for 420 housing units and the direct supervision of 6 employees. Strong supervisory and administrative experience is required. Applicant should have significant experience In HVAC systems and their operations and maintenance as well as a working knowledge of grounds maintenance and the building trades. Applicant is expected to be proficient in the use of computers. Experience In the administration of construction contracts and knowledge of the public bidding process is highly recommended. (Training of the DHCD CIP/CIMS systems required within 6 mos. of hire.)A Massachusetts building trade license is also desirable. BUILDING COMMISSIONER


The Town of Natick is accepting applications for this highly visible opportunity. The person we seek will be responsible for administering and enforcing the state building code, zoning and other local by-laws, and other codes and regulations, including stretch code. He/she will report to the Town Administrator and will supervise local inspectors and other related department staff.   Interested candidates MUST possess a Massachusetts certification as a Building Commissioner as well as a valid Massachusetts’s Driver’s License.  Salary is dependent upon qualifications. Natick Recreation & Parks Department
Summer Camp Head Nurse
Camp Woodtrail at Kennedy Middle School
Monday - Friday • July 1 - August 9

We are seeking a MA Licensed Head Nurse at Camp Woodtrail for the summer of 2013.  The position requires for the Nurse to work under the supervision of our camp director to assist in providing care to the camper’s grades 1 through 8.  Candidate must provide excellent care to kids in grades 1 - 8, high school volunteers and staff.

We are looking for a registered nurse, a nurse practitioner, or a Massachusetts licensed practical nurse.

The candidate must be a MA Licensed Nurse or have the ability to get the certification before June 1, 2013.  The ideal candidate will have experience working independently with kids and/or have had a leadership role.

COMPTROLLER

The Town of Natick is accepting applications for the above opportunity. This position reports directly to the Town Administrator and is responsible for  preparing financial statements, maintaining cash controls, managing the payroll, accounts payable ,and overseeing the day to day department operation in accordance with UMAS, GASB, and GAAP accounting principles.

The candidate we seek must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/ or Business Administration, as well as, seven to ten years of progressive municipal experience with a minimum of three years supervisory experience.

In addition, he/she will have experience with MUNIS computer operations, preparing quarterly reports, and total audit accountability.
This position has a salary range of $70,000. to $105,000. depending upon experience, as well as, a comprehensive benefit package.
