What is the total budget for the Town of Natick?
Annual Town Meeting in April, 2008 voted $98,317,277 General Fund Operating, Water and Sewer Enterprise $10,207,605 and Sassamon Trace Golf Enterprise $987,749 for the Fiscal Year 2009 budget. The Town will process payments for Federal and State Grants, Special Revenue Funds, Capital Projects and Agency Funds over $15 million. Therefore the total estimated expenditures by the Town for Fiscal Year 2009 for operation of the town will amount to $124,512,631.
What is the total debt of the Town of Natick?
Balance outstanding at the end of Fiscal Year 2007 was $65,657,382.41 which is less than 1% of the equalized valuation of the Town. The statewide recognized “debt limit” is 5% for some types of borrowing acceptable “outside the debt limit” by state standards.
Whom should I call regarding payroll withholdings?
If you are a Town employee we can help you with questions concerning your withholdings from your paycheck. Your W-2s will be issued on or before January 31 and questions concerning your W-2s can be answered by this office.
However, we can not help with questions from anyone concerning your personal income taxes. We suggest that you contact your own accountant or the IRS or the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. There are links to both of these web sites listed on our Links page.
Payments to Vendors
I am looking for payment for goods or services that I have provided to the Town, whom should I call?
If you are expecting to receive a payment from the Town for goods or services that you or your company has provided, you should contact the individual town department with which you contracted and provide your Purchase Order Number(s) or contract information. A list of departments, phone numbers and e-mail addresses can be found on the Town's web site.
