Approval of the February 2006 Safety Committee Minutes
A request was made to revisit an issue originally heard by the committee in August of 2005, which addressed a petitioner’s request for the installation of a sidewalk on Rte 30 from Saddle Brook Road to Mainstone Road.
New Business:
A petitioner request was received for speed enforcement and the installation of stop signs at the intersection of Boden and Millbrook as well as repainting the crosswalks.
A request was received regarding the intersection of Charles and Grove Streets. The petitioner is requesting painted stop lines, the posting of advance warning signs to warn motorists of a “Stop Sign Ahead” as well as the installation of a speed bump.
A request was also made by a petitioner to revisit the issue of overgrown brush on both sides of the area between Indian Rock and Country Club Lane.
